Did you know? On the 6th floor of our university’s library have a big children’s book room.

Maria children’s book room stands on 6th floor of the Central Library. The name ‘Maria’ comes from ‘Maria Laosoontorn’ who originated the central library of Srinakarinwirot University. Maria Laosoontorn was a librarian who loves children’s books and was familiar with children’s books for a long time. That’s the starting point of Maria children’s book room.

In Maria children’s book room contain many children’s book from around the world, such as famous picture books that were awarded The Caldecott Medal and The Newberry Medal, along with many good Thai picture books as well.

The atmosphere in Maria children’s book room is perfect for reading, and has a stage set in front of the room for activities such as story telling and plays.

If you want to read a good picture book such as Little Red Riding Hood, Peter Rabbit, The Three Little Pigs, and Alice in Wonderland, Maria Children’s Book room is the answer

It is a nice space with several children's books. Have you ever read the Lupine Lady? It is one of my favorite children's books.
