Exercise & Blood Type

      The exercise is suitable for your blood type which have many benefit. You will achieve overall good health and good mind, and you isn't wounded because of overexert too much.

 

Blood Type A - should exercise slowly or light exercise ex. Yoga because this blood type has tiny bone and easy to break. Foods good for people of blood type A are vegetarian or a little meat.

 

Blood Type B - eat both of vegeyable and meat. Then you have the quickness and you can exercise moderately ex. swimming, golf or tabletennis.

Blood Type AB - combines between A and B blood type. You can observe by yourself that, you choose to eat foods like blood type A or B more than. Thereafter you can exercise follow that blood type more than another blood group. 

 

Blood Type O - suit the vigorous exercise ex. football, basketball or boxing because of you can eat the meat that high fat and vegetable a  large amount. So you have strong bone.

     

      Besides you should exercise outdoor during 11.00-14.00 about 20-30 minute for your skin receive vitamin B3.
