Cigar is safer than cigarette?

Nes Feb 7, 2010

Absolutely NOT! Doctor Edward Z. Rosenow, a doctor of Mayo Clinic says that a cigar contains Nicotine as much as one pack of cigarettes; even you smoke without letting cloud into your lung, it doesn’t make any sense.

A person who always smokes cigar is at more risk of having cancer in many parts of body, at more risk of having heart problems and at more risk of having chronic lung problems.

A person who doesn’t smoke but exhale smoke from another person is at risk too. And it’s a more dangerous risk than a person who smokes! The one who exhale smoke will obtain more toxic. A cigar is a lot bigger than a cigarette and it spends a long time to burn out completely. That’s why smoke comes out a lot and affects people who don’t smoke.

A person who occasionally smokes cigar may be less at risk than those who smoke often. Doctor Edward suggests that the best way of smoking these things is to not smoke them at all!
