Prepare yourself for this coming Valentine’s Day

Nes Feb 7, 2010

Would you care for a heart attack on Valentine’s Day? If not, take a look at this.

Adjusting your lifestyle is the way to do. Starting with how you eat. Do not eat more than your body needs because the more you eat, the more you need to exercise. Although you do not eat much, you still have to exercise yourself. Exercise is what everyone must do because it can prevent so many illnesses. It burns out surplus fat, it keeps balance for your blood pressure and it gives more strength to your heart. You should exercise at least 30 minutes a day and if you can’t do it in one time, it is fine that you do fifteen minutes twice. And if you think you don’t have enough time to exercise, you can just change your lifestyle. That is to say, just use stairs in spite of an elevator, walk out of your soi (lane) in spite of riding a motorcycle, dance when your hear a dance song and reduce the most time you spend in front of all kinds of monitors. These might not sound like exercise but it’s better than you do nothing. Try to write what you did in each day and you’ll know what you should or shouldn’t do.

So that this Valentine’s day, you’ll have the strongest heart of all!
