Thinking Oscar

¯Thinking Oscar¯

The Academy Awards or Oscar is coming up any day soon this year.

Have you ever wondered why Oscar winning films are so tragically boring in some certain ways.

Moreover, most of the Oscar winning films are regularly involved with the emotionally true stories or adopted from the famous novel.   In addition, the winning actors and actresses are unconditionally participated in the role as; junkies, gays, lesbians, problem children, or someone who their lives were miserably sucked in the movie.

Occasionally, it did not make any sense when some movie stars won the naked golden dude trophy instead of someone who (I thought deserved to win) ended up living with empty handed.

Personally, the nominated movie must deliver the great meaningful messages through their magical movie creations. From my view, I am expecting to see something new, fresh, and something that sparks in the brand new flick. I hope there will be the movie that everyone supposes to watch and worth to be memorable.

Who will win the Oscar? Who knows? From our eyewitnesses, the last year winning film went to the underdog “Slumdog Millionaire”.  So, it is still unpredictable to guess who will go home with the grand price.

And the Oscar goes to…

I have to start catching up on movies so I can informatively watch the Oscars. I have been watching them since I was 4. It was a ritual in my house. I always think of my mother when I watch them. In fact, I just watch them these days so I can feel closer to her.
