Trick to burn your fat off ??

For the peoples that start to work out and try to burn fat from body they know the 2 basic way to do is 1. You have to work out more and more 2. You have to control what you eat. That both ways will help you to burn fat quickly if you make it on balance ways. But if you can’t control it well, your body will burn that fat real slow. So, I have a trick to help you get in shape by the easy way.

 

1. Separate the meal  >> on your 1 meal  you  have to separate it in 4 part: 1 for Protein from meat,  1 for Carp from rice and bread, and 2 for veggie

 

2. Walk more >> Of course!  When you work out hard it will make you burn many calories but sometime it make your to get super sore too. So, just do the exercise that you can do it every day like walk. Because it will help you burn fat all day a little by a little. Remember that work out hard is not always help you to burn fat fast.  

 

 

3. Start to pick up the weight >> If you never work out by weight, now it time to start!! Because the weight will help your Metabolism burn your fat in everyday quick and it also grow your muscle to be more cut and in shape. However don’t forget to eat protein before and after you work out because it will help your body reset and gets power back again.

 

4. Get enough sleep >> you have to make sure that you have good enough sleep in everyday. If you not get enough sleep you will tried and have a bad work out on the next day.
