9 Techniques for brighten up your brain.

      Nowadays , people want to be a good looking , intelligent and healthy. Everybody take care yourself with the exercise , strict about nutrition but nobody never care about their brain. Eventhough the brain is an organ of the body that giving dicision to life.

      So we should exercise to bright up our brain with easy techniques as follow :

1. Drink water often ; The brain composes 85 percent waters , brain cells are like the tree , they need the water , if without water the trees are wither. If don't want the brain cell wits , all data will transfer in lower rate. Become slow thinking person or even out of idea. Each day then should drink the water often.

2. Eat good fats ; Most people doesn't know that brain is peice of fats that needs good fats to repair the damages. Therefore advice to eat good fats between day such as cod-liver oil , fish (salmon fish is good) , soymilk , mixed vitamins , primrose oil is good oil that keep cells soaked with water and vitamin C for refreshing.

3. Concentrated sitting 12 minutes daily ; After waking up , do the concentrated sitting for at least 12 minutes , for the brain to the Theta wave which is the state of the most relaxing , make the brain has Mantal Imagery which help on imaginary and creativity. (If you can't make in the morning then do it before lie down everyday)

4. Store attention ; Attending on anything is like program brain that this must happen. During a day , the brain will adjust your behaviour to that aim and make that succeed. Because brain doesn't seperate between the present with the thing that happens so they just like one whole thing.

5. Often laugh and smile ; Everytime when ypu laugh and smile , the brain will provide Endophin which is happiness substance , this will encourage love and care other people.

6. Learn new thing everyday ; New thing here means anything that happen in daily life such as eat out at new restaurant , meet new friend , read a new book , chat with the colleage and learn the way they work , etc. Because learning new thing make brain will provide Endophin and Dopamin which is learning substance , this will encourage you learn and create , when you happy you will have creativity.

7. Forgiving yourself everyday ; While you don't forgiving yourself , angry with others or angry with yourself , make consumed brain energy , forgiveness yourself is reduce brain's work.

8. Write notes ; Train write to thanks everything good that happens in a day such as thanks good family , thanks good health , thanks good story make the brain think positive and provide good chemical , help good dream , awake come to can easy concentrate and creativity.

9. Take a deep breath ; The brain uses oxygen 20-25 percents of the oxygen that into the body. Taking deep breath will transfer energy to brain better. Should sit with back straight for most oxygen can reach to the body. If sitting to long work , should find sometimes to stand or walk for the lungs enlarges and can breathe eliminate skilled at reach the lungs has increased 20 percents.

These are very good tips. Easy to read and simple, but hard to practice. It is good to be reminded to do these basic things. Thanks.
