A Long and Healthy Life
I think that most of people want to have a long life, and everyone want to have healthy life. Do you want to live to be 100 years old? We can learn from the Japanese. There are a lot of old people over 100 years more than 20,000 men and women in Japan.
They usually work long hours and commute in crowded trains. Many people have bad habits – drink alcohol and smoke. They rarely take vitamins. Many people don’t get a lot of sleep, and they hardly ever take vacations. So what is the secret?
Maybe the diet is the secret that we overlook. People drink green tea two or three times a day. They usually eat low – fat meals. They eat fish a lot, two or three times a week.
Also, exercise is very important. Japanese people usually walk a lot. They get exercise everyday. Older people in Japan usually live with their children.
“Eat well, get a lot of exercise and spend time with family and friends.” I think this is the best way.
