Cramp is the muscle of contraction is a serious long-term. This is usually a leg and arm muscles. In general, the cramp often occur no more than two minutes. But some cases may have a long five minutes or longer. In some cases may occur frequently and cause suffering . In general, the cramp often occur athletes who play sports are heavy, elderly, pregnant women, who smoking areas. Patients are renal failure disease have been treated with hemodialysis machine and occur in the night. But may occur in younger people and caused at any time. Although this condition will not negatively impact to dead life. But may be dangerous if  occur between swimming or driving may cause the accident.

Cause of the cramp.
The  body without water and minerals, such as severe diarrhea. Who eat drug diuretic. Who lose more sweat.
Too much exercise without  body warming.
Abnormity of some hormones, such as the thyroid gland work less.

How to relieve common symptoms.
1. Stretching the muscles are cramp. Such as if cramp is  calf muscle let prone to knee and toe jump up or standing press the toe on the floor already bend knees and bend forward. 2.The Massage with hot press with hot water. Especially abdominal muscles.
3. Taking analgesic medicine such as  Parasetamal.
