~ Keep in Shape ~

 There are many ways to help you to keep in shape. What is the best way that will be great for you?

I have an easy way that I would like

to share with you all. ^ ^

 

 

 

First of all, every morning, drink a glass of water or fruit juice

about ten minutes before eating breakfast.

The water will help to wake your stomach up, and ready

to assimilate your breakfast.

It also helps your body to discharge the waste.

 

 

 

Then, eat the healthy food that has not too much carbohydrate.

If you like to eat rice,

you should scoop up rice 10 spoons in a meal.

Eat slowly and don't eat twice, just drink water or fruit juice if you do not feel full.

 

 

You should eat the food three times per day, morning,

noon and evening that not later than 5 p.m.

Your body needs food to help your physical system digest

the fat and carbohydrates.

 

 

If you eat nothing in the evening, your digestion system

will work less and will be used to not work in the evening.

 

 

Drink a lot of water during the day, your skin will be soft and healthy.

 

 

Next, you should not sleep later than 10 p.m. and wake up at 7 a.m.

 

 

Finally, you have to do exercise everyday at least 30 minutes.

For me, I don't like to do an exercise, so I walk a lot

and walk up the stairs instead of taking an elevator.

 

 

If you would like to keep in shape, just take care

your health and your body.

For me,staying in shape is the hardest thing to do than losing weigh...

My personal tip...is...sleeping all... day.... long...
