Start from following these guidelines will help you on losing weight.
1.Chewing thorough, try to chew longer than before because it help you taste food more and also your brain cell will stimulate signal to tell that you are be full.
2.Drinking a couple glass of water before and after meal can reduce space of stomach.
3.Don’t act like fridge. Never feel sorry for left food. If you are full, you have to stop eating because this excess amount of food can turn to be fat.
4.During diet period, you should not sleep over 11pm. Since the hormone that control weight will be in the less quantity and you will be hungry more during night.
5.Drinking 2-liters-water everyday. Water can help you metabolise faster and refresh your skin.
6.Try to get exercise at least 30minutes during weekend such as Badminton, swimming, etc.
7.Avoid eating repeatedly, since this behavior makes blood’s sugar inconsistent. This is another way to accelerate on collecting fat.
